Why work with me

Before this work, I spent over 20 years producing corporate events at a senior level for clients such as O2, Ernst and Young, BT, Transport for London and Santander - so I understand exactly what’s expected, what works, and what doesn’t.

Following my own experience with cancer, my focus shifted. I saw first-hand what happens when health is pushed aside for too long - and how powerful it is when people are given the tools to support themselves properly.
