Why is this the simplest morning routine in the world?

Because it's been designed so you'll actually do it!

Every morning routine I’ve ever signed up for promised it would ‘work’ and ‘change my life’, but if I didn’t actually do it, it never stood a chance!

So, I had to create something that not only works, but that I would actually do. A routine that would fit into my life, without me really thinking about it. Something small but significant.

Because small, consistent changes lead to lasting breakthroughs.

If this resonates, pop your details in the box and I’ll send the routine straight to your inbox.

Hi, I'm Alex

I’m a mum of three, a trauma-informed belief coach, wellness podcaster and retreat curator.  But for most of my life, I struggled with anxiety, undiagnosed ADHD, an eating disorder and people-pleasing, despite appearing to be ‘fine’ and happy to the outside world. Self abandonment was my middle name!

A big fat cancer diagnosis in my forties forced me to question everything, especially the identity I’d built around staying ‘strong’ and ‘coping’.

I realised I needed to reset my life and start again, so that I could truly feel better about myself, my purpose in this one life and do everything in my power to never get cancer again.

I learned that making these real changes can only start with self-belief, and that, in turn, can only be built through small, consistent acts of keeping promises to yourself.

I’ve devised this simple, 5-minute routine for women who’ve tried everything to feel more in control of their life, to feel less anxious and overwhelmed, but wonder why nothing seems to stick.

This routine is not about trying harder or making massive lifestyle overhauls that feel impossible.

Instead, it is about making a set of tiny, easy changes that you can build into your day; changes that will gently prove to your nervous system and subconscious mind that you can show up for yourself consistently.

Once you do that, everything else starts to feel possible.

Let’s start small and build from there.

You've got this and I believe in you.
